Our main intake years for new students are Kindergarten and Year 5 with limited places available in other year levels. We welcome applications at any time, however, we encourage families to apply 24 months prior to entry. Limited places apply for other year levels, with some year levels waitlisted. Waitlisted applications will commence the enrolment process if a vacancy becomes available in that year level. Please note that we do consider each enrolment according to our enrolment criteria only if we have available places at that time.

For Kindy to Year 12 students, prior to applying please contact the Enrolments Office to discuss your child's enrolment at the College. You can contact the Enrolment Officer through the Enquire link: https://enquiry.hills.adventist.edu.au/enquiry.

Firstly, you will need to enter your email address to complete the online application (form below) which includes payment of a non-refundable $100 Application Fee.

Please note submission of an application is not a guarantee of acceptance, as each application will be assessed according to the College Enrolment Criteria, which is stated on our website under "How to Enrol" on our Enrolments information page. Please read this before applying.

If you are applying for alternate years of entry, our system will prioritise the lowest year as the preferred year of entry.

Applications for Year 7, 2026 (Kellyville Campus) close at the end of February 2025. For Seventh-day Adventist families and siblings of currently enrolled students, please phone the College Assistant Registrar to check of availability for Year 7, 2025. Limited places apply for other year levels, with some year levels waitlisted. Waitlisted applications will commence the enrolment process if a vacancy becomes available in that year level.
